Durban Airport Terminal
Durban Airport has a single passenger terminal.
Levels
Durban Airport Terminal is divided in two levels:
Ground level
The Arrivals Hall and the baggage claim area located between the international and domestic arrivals.
Services available: Retail stores, food & drink concessions.
Access to the upper floor by lifts and escalators.
Domestic Area is located at the left side of the Airport as the International Area is located on the right part.
First level
The Departures Hall and the check-in area.
The terminal is split into the Domestic Departures and the International Departures, sharing the security check to access to them.
Services available: Self-service kiosks, airline offices. The Domestic and International flights have separated security checkpoints. Access to the lower floor by lifts and escalators.

LOUNGES
Bidvest Premier Lounge: Domestic Area. Open from 04:45 am to 09:00 pm. Services: Showers, snacks, Wi-Fi, among others.
Umphafa Lounge: International Area. Open from 07:00 am until 09:00 pm. Services: Showers, Wi-Fi, snacks, TV, Internet Terminals, Telephones.
Slow Lounge: Domestic Area. Open from 04:30 am to 09:00 pm. Services: Food, Wi-Fi, snacks, showers, among others.
SAA Baobab Premium Class Lounge: Domestic Area. Open from 05:00 am until last departure. Services: Food, drinks, Wi-Fi, snacks, showers, among others.
